This tour was absolutely amazing. Our guide Chris was second to none. He took his time, cared what we were interested in and gave us a tour that not just focused on Anne Frank but on the city itself since my family and I did not know much about Amsterdam. We had a few stops at cafés to warm up which were needed on a cold day. This tour is a strong 5 out of 5. The company was extremely accommodating and was very easy to communicate with. The Anne Frank house is very heavy and im so happy that my family got to see it, all of which was handled as part of this tour. With that said I dont know that we would have fully understood what we were seeing and how many Jewish people were taken from Amsterdam alone and how few returned without Chris giving us the history behind the story of Anne Frank and we definitely wouldnt have known much about the city itself but feel we do now. I highly recommend any tours with this company and Chris specifically, thank you guys so much!

We had a great learning experience. Our guide, Guido, was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and polite. It is not easy to navigate a group of visitors with different levels of knowledge, and this group included a mix of visitors, including religious Jews (like us). Guido handled this with great sensitivity and professionalism, making everyone feel comfortable and engaged. The tour was well balanced, informative, and deeply meaningful, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful and respectful approach throughout the visit.

Kaleigh was a wonderful tour guide! Even though the weather was messy, she did an outstanding job of showing us the Jewish quarter and giving us so much history. Loved the apple pie and the chance to dry off and get warm. Would love to do a future tour with Kaleigh.

Chris Page is a fantastic guide with an amazing knowledge of the history of the Jewish population in Amsterdam leading up to World War II and the atrocities they faced during the war. He was easy to engage with on a wide range of topics related to the history of Amsterdam and made the afternoon a concise and comprehensive history lesson.

Guido was an excellent guide for the Jewish quarter of Amsterdam and the private tour was definitely worth the money. He was personable, funny and easy to hang out with for a few hours. He is from Amsterdam and he knows the city intimately. He was very knowledgeable about the Jewish section of the town and knew the history of the Jewish quarter. He was sensitive to the significance and the relevance of today’s current issues and the past Amsterdam has experienced. The Anne Frank hiding place is worth your time to visit. The history of what the family went through was hell. Seeing the small space the 8 people shared for 2 years was unfathomable. Should we ever come back to Amsterdam, we won’t hesitate to contact Guido for a guided tour of another section of Amsterdam.

This is one of the best tours we took on our stay in Amsterdam. The guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. We visited the holocaust memorial wall which was an extremely emotional place. At the end of the walking tour we ended at the Anne Frank’s house. What an extraordinary place. You have been told about this ,read about it and seen movies about it but until you experience it you then really understand what they went thru. Highly recommended this tour.

Kaleigh was passionate & well versed She has degrees in history and art. History obviously US born. So English was perfect. She was so kind and accommodating to us being older and not as nimble, but the history, the knowledge and the interesting stories she shared were amazing. Well, worth the money in time, one of the best the tourists we've been on

Kayleigh was an amazing tour guide! She is so knowledgeable about the history of Amsterdam and the Jewish Quarter and able to answer any questions you may have about the city. She is also super cute and personable. This is the second time I’ve taken this tour (first with friends and a year later with my husband) and I still learned new information the second time around. The way the tour is structured leaves you at the Anne Frank to tour on your own. Very sobering but definitely a must see while in Amsterdam. Highly, highly recommend Kayleigh and this tour!
